Mission Statement

The mission of the Tri-County Diabetes Alliance is to raise awareness and improve the health of people with diabetes and those at risk for developing diabetes by creating and sustaining an effort to inform, educate, and assist individuals to improve their health.

 

August:

"Lifestyle Balance"- Free, nutrition education/weight loss program
taught by a registered dietitian and exercise specialist; Monday,
Wednesday, Friday, 5-6pm; August 10th- December 3, 2009; Snow Hill

Lifestyle Balance- Learn how to eat healthier, be more physically active, lose weight, and PREVENT Diabetes. Free, 16 week program, Mondays, Wednesday, Thursdays from 5-6 pm, August 9th- December 2, 2010, Snow Hill Health Department.
