Mission Statement
The mission of the Tri-County Diabetes Alliance is to raise awareness and improve the health of people with diabetes and those at risk for developing diabetes by creating and sustaining an effort to inform, educate, and assist individuals to improve their health.

 

December:

Lifestyle Balance- Learn how to eat healthier, be more physically active, lose weight, and PREVENT Diabetes. Free, 16 week program, Mondays, Wednesday, Thursdays from 5-6 pm, August 9th- December 2, 2010, Snow Hill Health Department. Worcester County Diabetes Self Management Education- Thursdays, 4-5:30 pm, Pocomoke Library, October 7th- November 18th, 2010. For more information or to enroll, please call 410-632-0056.

Worcester County Diabetes Self Management Education- Tuesdays, 10:30-12:00noon, Snow Hill Senior Center, November 9th- December 14th. For more information or to enroll, please call 410-632-0056.

Smoking Cessation- Tuesdays, 5-6 pm, Berlin Health Center, October 5th- December 28, 2010. For more information or to enroll, please call 410-632-0056.

2010 PRMC Diabetes Support Group Meetings

All meetings are scheduled at Peninsula Regional Medical Center in the Avery Hall Auditorium.
