Diabetes Self- Management Education: February 9th- March 16th, Snow Hill Health Department, Wednesdays, 4:00-5:30 pm. Free, 6 week diabetes education program sponsored by the Worcester County Health Department and taught by a Certified Diabetes Educator, Registered Dietitian, and American College of Sports Medicine Certified Clinical Exercise Specialist.
