Diabetes Self- Management Education: January 6th- February 10th, 2011, Pocomoke Senior Center, Thursdays, 10:30-12:00 noon. Free, 6 week diabetes education program sponsored by the Worcester County Health Department and taught by a Certified Diabetes Educator, Registered Dietitian, and American College of Sports Medicine Certified Clinical Exercise Specialist. Lifestyle Balance- A Diabetes Prevention and Weight Loss Program: Mondays/Wednesdays, 5:30-6:30pm, Lower Shore Family YMCA, Pocomoke City. Free program starts January 10, 2011. For more information or to register, please call 410-632-1100 extension 1102.

Group Smoking Cessation Program: Tuesdays, Berlin Health Center, 5-6 pm, January 4th- March 22, 2011. Free. For more information or to register, please call 410-632-1100.
