Mission Statement

The mission of the Tri-County Diabetes Alliance is to raise awareness and improve the health of people with diabetes and those at risk for developing diabetes by creating and sustaining an effort to inform, educate, and assist individuals to improve their health.

Diabetes Alert Day

Diabetes Risk tests to be conducted at Walmart in Pocomoke from 2-4 and Walmart in Berlin from 10-12, Coastal Drugs from 12-2 pm (AGH) and Dollar General in Snow Hill from 10-12 noon. Come learn if you are at risk for type 2 Diabetes. For more information, please call 410-632-0056
