Mission Statement

The mission of the Tri-County Diabetes Alliance is to raise awareness and improve the health of people with diabetes and those at risk for developing diabetes by creating and sustaining an effort to inform, educate, and assist individuals to improve their health.

Diabetes Support Group: Free, Third Wednesday of every month, March

Diabetes Clinic: March 8th, 22nd, Mondays, 8:30-11:30 am, Somerset County Health Department; Free HbA1c and glucose test, free meter, strips, and medications (restrictions apply) and free consult with dietitian and diabetes educator. For more information, call 443-523-1726.

Diabetes Clinic: March 4th, 18th t, Thursdays, 8:30-12 noon, Atlantic General Hospital; ; Free HbA1c and glucose test, free meter, strips, and medications (restrictions apply) and free consult with dietitian and diabetes educator. For more information, call 443-523-1726.
