The Tri-County Diabetes Alliance Members

Listed below are the partners of the Tri County Diabetes Alliance.
The goals of the Alliance are to identify and educate individuals at
risk of developing diabetes in the tri-county area, and to develop programs that will help individuals with diabetes reduce their risk of developing medical complications associated with the disease. Tridiabetes.org as a web resource was developed by this group of health professionals from Somerset, Wicomico, and Worcester counties in Maryland in coordination with the local chapter of the American Diabetes Association. The Tri-County Diabetes Alliance also includes volunteer members of each Tri-County community helping to make a difference.
